WHY DOES IT WORK SO WELL?
Boiling Hot Water technology: It produces superheated water droplets, which explode when they hit the surface and give off heat. This makes the water a very effective cleaner – without detergent and with no risk of damaging the surfaces thanks to the very small amount of water used. With water leaving the lance at a temperature of 100°C, the temperature at the target (20 cm away) will be 80°C. High-pressure washers achieve a maximum temperature of 60°C from the lance, which produces a temperature of 40°C at the target (20 cm away).
BENEFITS
- The heat energy boosts the chemical process:Dirt and algae with a high melting point are liquefied with the result that they dissolve, making them easier to remove. The emulsification of oil and grease is accelerated too.
- Drying time reduced by up to 50%:Whatever is being cleaned heats up, so it dries faster.
- Lower water and energy consumption:Up to half the amount of water with the same burner output and lower pressure.
- Lower pressure:No risk of damage to delicate surfaces such as wood and plastic.
- Less need for environmentally harmful cleaning agents: Chemicals can often be dispensed with completely. Moss and algae are killed without chemicals at core temperatures in excess of 60°C.
- Better health and safety:The water does not bounce back as much and is at a low temperature. Protective clothing is not necessary.
Environmentally friendly
The heat energy is a very important factor in cleaning, as adding heat boosts the chemical process. Dirt and algae with a high melting point are liquefied with the result that they dissolve, making them easier to remove. The emulsification of oil and grease is accelerated too.
Whatever is being cleaned heats up, so it dries faster.
With a higher cleaning temperature, the cleaning time can be reduced by up to 50% with much better results. This means that the amount of water can be halved with the same burner output and lower pressure.
Moss and algae are killed effectively without chemicals at core temperatures in excess of 60°C.
No risk of damage to delicate surfaces such as wood and plastic.
Less need for environmentally harmful cleaning agents – chemicals can often be dispensed with completely.
